Hotel Santa Ana Merida

Fairly clean and extraordinary place. I got free upgrade and liked it. The hotel itself was in a truly beautiful area. Lovely garden and clean pool. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Merida.

We loved our great stay there a lot. It was in a top location with Paseo Montejo nearby. A huge variety of food options close to the venue. The food was fine and superb.

Lots of decent food for English breakfast. I loved a nice decor and simple furniture. Lovely design, exceptional service in the entire hotel.

The food was superb and the staff was kind. The family king room was cosy, included an iron and a hairdryer. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. There was an OUTSTANDING restaurant, the shops and boutiques next door. There was a lovely pool on site too.

Staff was terrific, overall experience was very pleasant! Shops and boutiques were right next door. Calm unit with a Colonial decor.
